DELIVERY SERVICE
Pet Supplies Sussex Pet Store Online offers a free delivery service on orders over £39. We will deliver within 2-5 working days, in most cases. If orders are made under the minimum order of £39 a charge of £3.99 will be automatically applied at check out. With exception to Frozen deliveries, which are outside of the West Sussex Area, of Burgess Hill and the surrounding area.
FROZEN DELIVERIES
We are only able to offer our Frozen food to local customers who reside in the West Sussex Area, of Burgess Hill and the surrounding area. Orders for the local area can be made directly through the website. We do not offer delivery to any other areas.
Deliveries are made by our own local team and can be personally assured to be stored in polystyrene cool boxes. Meaning they are frozen ready for you to store in your freezer on delivery. A delivery time and day will be arranged and confirmed prior to delivery. Deliveries due to the perishable/thawing nature can not be left if no one is available to receive delivery. If failure to deliver occurs on the pre-confirmed date and time a £1.50 rescheduling fee will be applied.
Alternatively we offer a range of our frozen food which can be purchased from our stock at the Middleton Common Farm Shop, Middleton Common Ln, Ditchling Common, Hassocks BN6 8SF.
**There is no exception for frozen deliveries outside of the local area. Orders made online for addresses out of our local area will be subject to a fee on refund. We appreciate customers understanding.
